This fee covers all the events on the social programme.
The conference fee for participants covers:
- All conference documentation
- Catering and transportation during the conference, when participating in the
programme
- Cocktail reception, Wine and Cheese evening, Gala dinner
- Social functions as listed in the programme
The conference fee DOES NOT cover:
- Accommodation (this must be booked and paid for separately)
- Meals, drinks and transport other than that provided as part of the conference
programme
- Post-conference tours
